In collaboration with Microsoft, the PSFK team developed a Digital Banking Playbook in 2021. This report had to be designed in full, including challenges, case studies, takeaways, and more. The visual identity for this project needed to break the idea of traditional banking visuals and offer a fresh take on new technology and use cases. Ultimately, the design goal for this project was to make the information more digestible, interesting, and human-centered.
